BANGKOK EVENT WAS A VICTORY FOR EXHIBITORS
The organizers of Defense & Security, accompanied by a top Thai military delegation led by General Apichart Timsuwan, Director General of Defense & Industry, attended the Eurosatory 2012 military exhibition in Paris last month. Many of the exhibitors at the French event also exhibited at Defense & Security 2012 and were interviewed by the Thai team. The feedback was excellent with most companies confirming their participation in the 2013 show which will rank as one of the largest ever held in the booming ASEAN region.
More than 400 world leading defence and internal security-related companies will be exhibiting and over 10,000 visitors from fifty countries are expected to attend. Over 200 official and non-official delegations representing over 25 countries including Ministers of Defence and their representatives will also be in attendance.
